We Make Things Look
GOOD

We help UK businesses build a clear, consistent brand, visual, verbal and strategic, that makes them instantly recognisable, builds trust before the first conversation, and lets them charge what they are worth.

for a brand sprint
that last
Most businesses underinvest in brand, then pay for it in every other channel
A weak brand makes everything else harder and more expensive. Ads cost more, conversion rates are lower, and you end up competing on price instead of value. A strong brand makes every other marketing channel work harder.
Book a free 30-min callYour visual identity does not match the quality of your service
Inconsistent logos, dated colours, amateur typography. If your brand looks cheap, prospects assume the service is too. We fix that.
You cannot say what makes you different in one sentence
If your team gives five different answers, your brand is not clear enough. We build the messaging everyone can use.
Your brand looks different on every channel
Website, social, print, email. Inconsistency makes you look smaller and less credible than you are. We build the guidelines that fix it.
You compete on price when you should compete on value
Positioning is what lets you charge more. We build the brand that attracts the right clients at the right price.
The 5-second brand test
Donald Miller puts it simply: if you confuse, you lose. Show your homepage to someone who has never seen it for five seconds, then ask them these five questions. This is the same test we start every Brand sprint with.
What do you do?
Can they say it back in plain English, without your jargon?
Who is it for?
Do they know if it is for someone like them?
Why you?
Can they name one thing that makes you different from the next result on Google?
Does it feel premium?
Would they expect to pay more or less than your actual prices?
What happens next?
Do they know the one action to take: call, book or buy?
Fewer than 4 clear answers? Your brand is making every other channel work harder than it should. Grab the free 10-point Brand self-audit in the BIG12 Toolkit, or book a call and we will run the full test with you.

Every sprint has a defined scope agreed in writing before we start. Here is what a typical Brand sprint covers.
Brand Audit
We audit your brand across every touchpoint, finding the inconsistencies and the gap between how you see yourself and how customers see you.
Visual Identity
Logo, colour palette, typography and iconography. The visual system that makes you instantly recognisable and credible.
Messaging and Tone of Voice
Tagline, elevator pitch, value proposition and tone of voice. Simon Sinek's rule applies: start with why, then say it the same way every time.
Brand Guidelines
One guidelines document covering every use case, so your brand stays consistent whether your team, a designer or a printer produces it.
Brand Application
We apply the new brand to your key touchpoints: website header, social templates, email signature and pitch deck, so the change is visible straight away.
Photography Brief
A photography brief that makes sure every image you capture fits your brand: style, tone, composition and usage.

Brand questions, answered
What is brand positioning?
Brand positioning is the specific space your business occupies in a customer's mind compared to competitors. It's the answer to "why you, and not them," made clear in one sentence rather than scattered across a website. Strong positioning shapes everything from your messaging to your pricing.
How do I define my brand positioning?
Get specific about who you serve, what you do better than anyone else for that audience, and what proof backs that up. Test the result by saying it out loud: if it sounds like it could apply to a competitor, it's not specific enough yet. Read the full step-by-step guide →
Why can't I explain what makes my business different?
This usually means the positioning was never written down, only assumed. If different people on your team would describe the business differently, customers are getting an inconsistent message too, and inconsistency is what pushes buyers towards comparing on price.
How do I stop competing on price?
Price competition usually fills the gap left by unclear positioning. When customers can't see a meaningful difference between you and a competitor, price becomes the only thing left to compare. Clear, specific positioning gives buyers a reason to choose you that has nothing to do with being the cheapest.
