Spray Pray Love is a UK fashion brand with a genuine niche: hand-sprayed, bespoke clothing and accessories — one-of-a-kind pieces across tops, bottoms, matching sets, vintage, kids' clothing, and accessories. Every piece is unique, which means the product sells itself visually — but only if the right technical infrastructure is in place to support it online.

They came to OYM with one of the most common — and most frustrating — problems for independent e-commerce brands: a tangle of disconnected accounts and mismatched emails. Facebook set up with a personal email, Instagram under a different one, Shopify under another, a business email that didn't connect to any of them.

For a visual, product-led brand like Spray Pray Love, this was a direct barrier to growth. Without connected accounts and a properly configured store, the business couldn't run ads, track performance, or convert social media interest into sales reliably.

Technical account consolidation

OYM untangled the account structure — connecting personal and business accounts correctly across Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Shopify, and email. Every platform set up with the right business accounts linked, right permissions in place, and right email addresses attached.

Shopify store setup

OYM configured the Spray Pray Love Shopify store to represent the brand and support online sales — covering 6 product categories across 4 styles including bandana, mesh, cotton, and spray painted. Product structure, collections, and checkout all configured correctly.

Social media

OYM supported Spray Pray Love's social media presence — helping the brand build a consistent, visually compelling presence across Instagram and Facebook that reflects the bold, colourful identity of the products.

Email marketing
